Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for YOU. Late cancellations or missed appointments impact our practitioners financially and take away an opportunity for another client to book that time.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend their appointment will be charged the full cost of the session, unless we are able to fill the time with another client.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and we strive to approach every situation with compassion. If you experience an emergency or unique circumstance, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
